Admission Policy
Hope Montessori School, Ltd. accepts children ages 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 regardless
of color, race, creed, sex, or national origin. Children 3 1/2 - 5 years
of age may be accepted who have had previous Montessori Schooling.
School Visit
Prior to making a decision about enrolling your child you might find
it beneficial to make an appoinment to observe at school, in which case,
please contact us so that mutually convenient date may be set. Observations
are scheduled to begin promptly at 9:00am and will enable you to visit
all three classrooms prior to the period of conclusion at 10:00am.
Application Process
The following documents are needed to complete the application process.
The forms may be obtained by calling the school at 703-941-6836.
- Application for Admission to School and Extended Day Care
- Enrollment Contract
- Emergency Information and Transportation Permission Form
- Health Form must be completed by child's pediatrician.
- Proof of the child's identity and age may include a certified copy
of the child's birth certificate, notification of birth (hospital
record), or baptismal record.
Payment:
The payment can be made in any one of the following methods:
- In one installment due by the 10th of June.
- In two equal installments. First installment due on the 10th of
June & second installment due on the 10th of January.
- In ten monthly installments due on the 10th of each month with the
first installment due on the 10th of June. No refunds are given for
vacations or sick days.
Registration Fee:
A $ 150.00 non refundable registration fee paid only once with the
application for admission.
Withdrawal Policy:
If it becomes necessary to withdraw your child from Hope Montessori
School, you must give written notice 60 days prior to withdrawal. You
will be responsible for the tuition payment 60 days following written
notice.
