Admission Policy

Hope Montessori School, Ltd. accepts children ages 2 ½ to 5 regardless of color, race, creed, sex, or national origin.

School Visit

Prior to making a decision about enrolling your child you will need to schedule a time to tour our space and speak with the school administrator. Please contact us so that a mutually convenient date may be set.

Tours are scheduled Wednesday and Friday mornings, generally starting 9:15 am and lasting 30-45 minutes, thus allowing you to visit all three classrooms and have an individualized conversation with our school administrator.

The school will not enroll any child without the parent(s) having come in for a tour and speaking with the school administrator.

The school will determine, on a case-by-case basis, whether or not an interested child will also be brought in for an observation.

Application Process

Allergy Information
Proof of the child’s identity and age may include a certified copy of the child’s birth certificate, notification of birth (hospital record), or passport.

One month’s deposit is required with the completed and signed enrollment contract.

The payment of the balance can be made in any one of the following schedules. All payments made for fully-enrolled children will be done through the school’s online payment platform, Tuition Express:

In one installment due by the 10th of September.
In two equal installments. First installment due by the 10th of September & second installment due on the 10th of January.
In monthly installments due by the 10th of each month.

Registration Fee

A $100.00 non-refundable registration fee paid only once with the signed enrollment contract.

Withdrawal From School

All children are enrolled for the full ten months school year. A 60 days written notice of withdrawal, for any reason, must be given to the school, in writing. No refunds will be made for annual tuition paid in full if the child withdraws before completing the school year.
